How to report an error
If you spot a factual error, a wrong specification or price, a broken link or anything misleading, email info@droidpile.com with the subject line “Correction”. Please include the article link and, if possible, a source for the correct information. You can also use our Contact page.
How we handle corrections
- We review every correction request, usually within 48 hours.
- Factual errors are fixed and a note is added at the end of the article explaining what was corrected and when.
- Updates (new information after publishing) are marked with “Update” and the date.
- Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting may be made without a note.
- If an article is seriously wrong and cannot be fixed, we will remove it and explain why.
Right of reply
Companies or individuals mentioned in our articles who believe they have been treated unfairly can contact us. We will review the request and, where appropriate, add their response to the article.
