How To Use Alarms In Windows 10?
Press Start, type “alarms” into the search box, and click the “Alarm & Clock“.
Select an existing alarm to edit it or click the Add New Alarm button to add a new alarm.
Add an Alarm Time. Additional options include the alarm sound, the number of times the alarm repeats, and the alarm name.
Save the changes by clicking on the “Save” button in the bottom right corner of the window.
You may see on most computers that the notification screen says “Notifications will only appear if your computer is asleep”. Therefore, to make your alarm go off, you will need to re-configure your computer so it will not sleep.
Prevent Your Computer From Going to Sleep:
- Click the Power & Sleep button and enter “sleep” in the search box.
- Set the standby time to “Never” when you’re on battery power. Otherwise, you might run out of power.
